Grosvenor Gallery is pleased to announce our participation in Art Miami 2018. The fair takes place at One Miami Herald Plaza, NE 14th Street, downtown Miami, from 4-9 December.
It is the gallery's first time showing at Art Miami and we are delighted to be exhibiting paintings by some of the most revered and influential South Asian artists of the 20th century. Paintings from private European collections by Francis Newton Souza and Sayed Haider Raza will sit alongside new works by Senaka Senanayake, whose vibrant and colourful canvases adorn homes and institutions around the world.
Contemporary paintings by Indian based British artist Olivia Fraser will also be displayed. Olivia's work has recently been exhibited at The Venice Biennale and The Government Museum and Art Gallery in Chandigarh. Her works are executed in traditional miniature painting techniques and use hand ground semi-precious stones and gold leaf. Her work is inspired by Hindu mysticism and yogic practices.
